Cancellation Policy

• It is required that there is a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment for any reason. Please call or text 336-749-6121 to cancel your appointment. 

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the original service. This charge will be taken out in prepaid appointments, or it will be invoiced to you. You must pay the cancellation fee before being allowed to book again. 

• I do understand that emergencies happen and that will absolutely be taken into account.

Sickness Policy

• If you are sick, please do not come in. I don't want to risk getting anyone in my office sick. This includes myself, my clients and my friends and family. Receiving massage while sick can also make you feel a lot worse.

• Sickness is forgiven and will not be charged for, however, if you have been sick, please inform me ASAP so I can reschedule for the next week. 

• If you do not inform me of your illness and arrive to your appointment anyway, you will be asked to reschedule and be charged for that appointment. Please do not come in sick.
